Once Ark Swimwear have dispatched your order (usually within one to two business days), you will receive a confirmation email from us with your tracking number. If you haven't received it, check your junk mail!
Find your Tracking Number
There are three ways to find your tracking number:
- check your email, as the tracking number will be with your dispatch email
- login to your account where you will be able to locate your tracking details

Please note, that it sometimes takes 24 hours before the first scan can be seen. We also sign you up to receive DHL Express or Australia Post's tracking updates where available.

We pride ourselves on providing the best possible customer experience, however at times things like shipment delays can be out of our hands. Wherever we can, we will always endeavour to keep you up-to-date while your order is being processed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If your order has been delayed, please ensure that you check your emails and phone as it may be held up in your country's customs. It is your responsibility to get in touch with them.
