As our returns policy states, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of postage back to us. In saying this, we are more than happy to cover the return postage back to you once we've accepted your exchanged swimwear.

Whilst we hope this never happens - if you believe your swimwear is faulty or damaged, please accept our apology. Prior to returning the swimwear, email us at: email@example.com with the following details:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Photo(s) of your faulty or damaged product(s)
- A description of the fault
We will try to respond within one business day and will then work with you to achieve a resolution - providing a replacement item in the first instance, prior to offering a refund. Ark Swimwear reserves the right as per the Australia Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines to provide a replacement in the first instance.
Please note: If you do send your item(s) back without emailing us or waiting for a response, we will not be able to reimburse you for the postage costs of your return item.
