It is the responsibility of you as the customer to cover the cost of postage back to Ark Swimwear (unless of course you have received a faulty or incorrect item. In this case, please email us first and do not send the swimwear back until you have heard from us).
Ark Swimwear then covers the return postage back to you when we send your exchanged swimwear.
IMPORTANT: if you are returning an item for exchange, you will first need to create an account on our website with your current delivery address and phone number. You can create one by clicking here. Your original order does not need to have been purchased with this account.
If you already have an account with us, please let us know the account email address and be sure to double check the delivery address and phone number are current.

Whilst we hope this never happens (and we have strict quality control measures in place), if you believe your swimwear is faulty or damaged, please accept our apology. Prior to returning the swimwear, email us on: email@example.com with the following details:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Photo(s) of your faulty or damaged product(s)
- A description of the fault
We will endeavour to respond within one business day and will then work with you to achieve a resolution - providing a replacement item in the first instance, prior to offering a refund. Ark Swimwear reserves the right as per the Australia Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines to provide a replacement in the first instance.
Please note: If you do send your item(s) back without emailing us or waiting for a response, we will not be able to reimburse you for the postage costs of your return item.
