It is not necessary for you to lodge an online return form. Simply follow our exchange process:
- fill out the return form that was included with your swimwear, or download the form attached to this article below
- if you have an account with us, ensure your details are correct – specifically your delivery address and phone number. If you do not have an account, please create one by clicking here
- pack the swimwear in a postage bag or bubble wrap (no need to send the gift box) and post with tracking to: Ark Swimwear Returns, PO Box 1138, Manly NSW, 1655, Australia
- follow your tracking to determine when the swimwear arrives
- once we have sent your exchanged swimwear, we will send you a new order confirmation email and tracking number.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the postage costs back to Ark Swimwear. Ark Swimwear will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed return items. All exchanges are dispatched back to the customer via standard Australia Post or DHL eCommerce (formerly Global Mail) for international exchanges, which is a standard postal service. Once within your country DHL eCommerce forward your order onto your national postal service to handle the final portion of the delivery. Your order should take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive.
