We have full belief in the quality of our swimwear and an incredible Quality Control team during the production and order fulfilment processes. We also hand-pack each order where your items are again checked.
Nevertheless, whilst we hope this never happens, the wrong item(s) may be sent out to you, or there may be a small fault in your item(s). If this occurs, please accept our apology. We will endeavour to replace your item(s) as soon as possible. If your item(s) is (are) unavailable, we will offer you the choice of an alternative product, a refund or a store credit.

Photo(s) of your faulty or damaged product(s)
A description of the fault
We will aim to respond within one business day and will work with you to achieve a resolution, as we take our quality control very seriously.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
