How to return my order
In line with your rights and obligations as a consumer, Ark Swimwear happily accept exchanges or returns for store credit, provided you meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which can be viewed by clicking here.
Exchange Process
- fill out the 'exchangeme' card that was included with your swimwear, or download the form attached to this article
- if you have an account with us, ensure your details are correct – specifically your mailing address and phone number. If you do not have an account, please create one by clicking here
- pack the swimwear in a postage bag or bubble wrap (no need to send the gift box) and post with tracking to: Ark Swimwear Returns, PO Box 1138, Manly NSW 1655, Australia
- follow your tracking to determine when the swimwear arrives
- once we have sent your exchanged swimwear, we will send you a new order confirmation email and tracking number.
Please note: The customer is responsible for the postage costs back to Ark Swimwear. Ark Swimwear will not accept responsibility for lost or delayed return items. All exchanges are dispatched back to the customer via DHL eCommerce (formerly Global Mail), which is a standard postal service. Your order should take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive.
