We happily accept exchanges or returns for a store credit. Please ensure you fill out the return form you received with your order or download the form from our website which can be viewed here.
If in need of returning an item, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of postage back to us. In saying this, we will indeed cover the return postage back to you once we send your exchanged swimwear.
Based on our customers' experiences, FedEx, DHL, and UPS do have trouble shipping back to our returns address as it is a PO Box, and can be an expensive service to use. The majority of our customers use the USPS First Class package service, which should cost you approximately US$10-$15. It can take up to 15 business days to arrive back to Ark Swimwear, but this seems to be our customers' preferred option.
You can see USPS International Mail Services available here. The First Class package service we suggest is the bottom option, however, this is totally up to you.
With this service, you should receive a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to keep up to date until it has left the USA and finally once it has been delivered to our PO Box. It also gives you peace of mind that USPS will help resolve any issues that may arise in the delivery.
